The Weather Promise is our pledge to all visitors to the Sydney Tower Eye and SKYWALK.

Despite boasting one of the world's most envied climates, Sydney does occasionally experience periods of inclement weather.
To ensure your experience is everything you hoped for and expected, we have created our 'Weather Promise', where you'll receive a special pass that allows you to return to Sydney Tower Eye or SKYWALK (depending on what ticket you bought initially), for another equivalent visit within 7 days of your initial visit, in the event of bad weather.
*Degrees of inclement weather may include:
• Heavy rain
• White outs
• Thunderstorms
The Sydney Tower Eye Weather Promise is valid for all tickets purchased online or at Sydney Tower Eye admissions.
Conditions:
On the day of inclement weather, staff will issue a special pass for you to present on your next visit within 7 days. Simply bring back your original receipt and special pass for entry. This is NOT a money back offer, so refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
The definition of inclement weather, and implementation of the Weather Promise, is determined by the Sydney Tower Eye management.
