School Holidays: Planning Ahead For A Smoother Experience
To ensure a great experience at the Sydney Tower Eye during the holiday period, please note the following:
- If you have a Combo ticket or a third-party ticket, you must have a reserved time slot with us to enter. You can reserve time slots for all attractions here
- We strongly suggest pre-booking online and in advance to avoid missing out on your preferred day and time to visit us!
- Please anticipate extended wait times for entry to the Observation Deck. Your time slot does not guarantee the time you will reach the Observation Deck, instead it guarantees the time you will enter the start of the attraction on Level 5 of Westfield.
- You may enter the attraction 30 minutes before or after your designated time slot.
- Need to change the date or time of your booking, see the below portal to make changes.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate case of purchasing a ticket & needing to postpone your visit, you can amend the date and time of your visit via the booking portal. Our Weather Promise also still stands, so you can always book with ultimate confidence!

Prior to your arrival:
- Please make sure you have made your booking online where possible. This includes pre-paying and selecting the date and timeslot of your visit.
- Our valued Annual Pass members can pre-book their timeslot here. We have extended Annual Passes to ensure you can still enjoy an entire year of visiting the attraction. Check your new expiry here.
- Those with pre-purchased open-dated tickets and third-party tickets can pre-book here.
- Before leaving home, please check our Facebook page or website for the latest information.
- Please be ready to make on-site payments using a ‘contactless’ bank card. We do not accept cash at any of our attractions.
- We politely request that you refrain from visiting our aquarium should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. You can amend the date and time of your visit via the booking portal.
On arrival at Sydney Tower Eye
- Our attractions operate with timeslots to allow the best possible guest experience - guests can check their ticket or booking reference to find their allocated timeslot.
- Guests will notice information signage informing them of key safety messages and instructions.
- In line with government advice, the wearing of masks is no longer mandatory in our attractions. We ask you respect the other guests who may wish to continue wearing face coverings.
- Lastly, please note there will be a security check point managed by Westfield security team at the Sydney Tower lifts. The following items are strictly prohibited from carrying to the Observation Deck:
